Many small businesses find that they have significant depth and experience in sales, engineering, law manufacturing, medical, aviation or other specialties, but rely on one employee for internal bookkeeping, payroll taxes, etc.  When that employee leave unexpectedly for whatever reason, the company may feel uncomfortable interviewing and hiring bookkeeping or accounting personnel.  We provide assistance in such situations.

 

In some cases, a client will interview for an accounting or bookkeeping position and call us to say ..."We've found three possible candidates for our position.  Will you interview them, explain what our needs are and determine which person possesses the technical skills necessary to fill our job opening?"

 

We provide these services.  We also help train bookkeeping and accounting personnel for clients.  Some of these engagements include the drafting of Accounting Procedures Manuals for the business.
