How do we do it?

In most cases, we install a scanner in your office and you scan and email your source documents directly to our secure website.  If possible, we prefer that you install a full time Internet access line using DSL or similar technology.  Since all businesses run slightly differently, each installation, likewise, varies slightly.  However, basically, you scan & email, we enter, post and reconcile, and you have (possible for the first time), access to accurate, timely company information anytime you desire.
